I'm having problems using my emails with Outlook. This is what I get when I log into my outlook in Windows 11

Task 'gonz110@n2fsu.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC1A) : 'Your server does not support the connection encryption type you have specified. Try changing the encryption method. Contact your mail server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP) for additional assistance.'

Everything works great on my iPhone.
My gmail account works fine on outlook.
Any Suggestions
